We are always on hand to offer one off or a series of Interviews through ongoing contracts with service providers.
All what we require from you in order to carry out our professional services are the candidates curriculum vita, (we suggest that a candidate provides a 10 year history of work or study where applicable and is the minimum amount for may providers) the candidates contact details, we will contact the candidate and request an Interview time from the candidate that is convenient to them and ourselves, once arranging this with the candidate then one of our senior clinical nursing staff will undertake the telephone or Skype Interview after going through a set of security questions to establish the full and true identity of the candidate for example the NMC pin number for Nurses etc.
As soon as this has been clarified the candidate will go through the full personal and professional history section of the Interview followed then by the competency based questions to establish suitability in relation to the position that the candidate has applied for from the care provider putting them forward to undertake the Interview process. Once the Interview has been carried out we endeavour to get the full written report that will be signed and verified by a clinical practitioner lf with signature and NMC pin within 48 – 72 hours.
